Chilli Butter with Coriander, Lime and Garlic (Dairy Free)

Corn with a kick. This chilli butter is a cinch to make and delivers just the right balance of heat and citrus without being too spicy.

It's especially good on BBQ sweet corn on the cob, but is also wonderful BBQ seafood too.

Keep a stash in the freezer so you always have some on hand.



1 cup Nuttelex

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp finely chopped, de-seeded red chilli

2 cloves fresh minced garlic

1 tbsp grated lime zest

2 tsp lime juice


1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or using a processor blitz until combined.

2Add a dollop your BBQ corn on the cob.
