Choc Bliss Balls (Nut Free)

These lunch-box friendly bliss balls are #nutfree #sesamefree #dairyfree and taste terrific.


4 tbsp plant based Nuttelex (melted)

12 wheat-bix bricks crushed to a fine crumb (gluten free or regular)

1/2 tin coconut condensed milk

4 tbsp shredded or dedicated coconut

3 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder

4 tbsp 4 tbsp apricot Jam or marmalade

1/2 cup chopped raisins/ dates or sultanas


1Blitz the wheat bricks to a fine crumb.

2Place the crumb in a bowl along with all the other ingredients. Work the mixture with your hand for 5 minutes to really bind everything together.

3Scoop a tablespoon portion, squeeze mixture firmly and roll it in your hand to create a ball shape.

4Split the balls into two batches. Roll one set of balls in the cacao/cocoa and then roll remainder in the shredded/dedicated coconut.
